ORDER SHIPPING:
Orders placed Monday - Friday (noon) will be processed by the next business day (excluding holidays). All orders placed after noon PST Friday will begin processing Monday. Within 48 hours of order receipt the shipping process will begin pending product availability and a shipping confirmation and tracking number will be emailed to you. If for some reason there is a problem with the availability or processing of your order a member of our Shipping Department will contact you to resolve the issue within 48 hours of order receipt.
SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES (US ONLY):
- First-Class Shipping: 2-5 days from ship date
- Priority Shipping: 2-3 days from ship date
- Express Shipping: 1-2 days from ship date
- International Shipping: Varies by Region
EXCHANGES:
In the unlikely event you are not fully satisfied with your order. Contact Customer Service to get the ball rolling on your exchange. Items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of initial purchase as long as they have not been altered, washed or damaged. All refunds will be done via original form of payment.
SALES TAX:
BOSHOK by-law charges sales tax to members who reside in Arizona.
